§ 33-7.2.6. Water system servitudes.

The applicant shall dedicate servitudes required to accommodate all water system facilities to serve new development, except individual service lines. The public works director shall approve the location and dimensions of required servitudes. Servitudes shall follow property lines to the greatest extent possible.
