§ 33-7.3.7. Wastewater system servitudes.

The developer shall dedicate adequate servitudes to accommodate all wastewater system facilities required to serve new development, except individual service lines. The public works director shall approve the location and dimensions of required servitudes. Servitudes should follow property lines to the greatest extent possible. Where other utility lines are placed adjacent to the sewer, additional servitudes shall be required.
