§ 35.5-26. Freedom of parish to negotiate and contract with others.

Neither the pendency of a proposal ordinance of revocation, termination and prohibition that will affect a particular respondent, nor the pendency of proceedings regarding a particular respondent before a hearing officer shall prevent the parish from negotiating or contracting with any other person or firm who expresses an interest in using the public ways for other than generally permitted purposes.
