§ 36-31. Erection of temporary traffic control devices by school employees or volunteers.

Portable, temporary traffic control devices, provided to schools within the parish by the department of public works, traffic engineering division, shall be considered devices erected by the division for the purposes of this article, so long as said devices are utilized in accordance with the traffic plans submitted to the respective schools by the division.
