§ 36-302. Definition.

  • For the purpose of this article, "all-terrain vehicles" shall mean any vehicle with three (3) or more low pressure, flotation-type tires with a seat which is designed to be straddled by the operator; and shall also include motorized "dirt bikes," i.e., motorcycles and mini-bikes which cannot or have not been licensed for highway and street use and their primary usage is for "off-road" riding.
