§ 36-303. Violations.

Latest version.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction by a court of law, be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by a term of imprisonment not exceeding six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment, within the discretion of the court. Any violation of the provisions of this article is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
