§ 36-113. Permit required; issued by traffic engineer; fees.

The traffic engineer shall not hereafter designate or sign any freight curb loading zone upon special request of any person unless such person make application for a permit for such zone. Before granting a permit and installing signs designating the limits of such zone, he shall collect from the applicant and deposit in the parish treasury a service and installation fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Every such permit shall expire at the end of one (1) year and map be reissued annually upon payment of a service fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00).
