§ 36-122. Same—Penalty for violation.

Each violation of the provisions regarding valet parking shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six (6) months, or both. Each day that each motor vehicle is parked in violation of this article shall constitute a separate violation.
