§ 36-164. Impoundment of vehicles for violation.

The sheriff's department is hereby empowered to impound any vehicle used in violation of the no-parking regulations of this division. The sheriff's department is authorized to release any such vehicle upon the payment of two dollars ($2.00) per day for each and every day that the vehicle was stored, and all expenses involved in removing the vehicle from the street.
