§ 36-165. Penalty for violation.

Any person violating this provision shall be subject to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day the violation remains in effect and/or the revocation of the violators' occupational license. In its discretion, the parish may enforce these penalties in furtherance of the objectives of section 36-161.
