§ 36-186. Persons exempted from provisions of article.

The provisions of sections 36-182 through 36-185 shall not apply to the employees of the parish or of any contractor or subcontractor or any other person whose proper and lawful duties require them to go upon any portion of a street or road which is under construction or in the process of being repaired.
