It shall be the duty of the inspection and code enforcement director to enforce this
chapter. It shall also be the duty of all officers and employees of the parish, and
especially all members of the law enforcement and licensing agencies, to assist the
director by reporting to him upon new construction, reconstruction, or land uses,
or upon seeming violation. Appeal from the decision of the inspection and code enforcement
director as to the application of these regulations may be made to the board of zoning
adjustments as provided for in Article XLII, Board of Zoning Adjustments, hereof.
