§ 40-862. Violation.

Any firm, person or corporation who shall do anything prohibited by this chapter as it exists or may hereafter be amended or who shall fail to do anything as required by this chapter as it exists or may hereafter be amended is hereby declared to be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided by law. Each and every day that such violation exists shall be deemed to be a separate offense. The law enforcement agency of the parish shall furnish, upon request by the inspection and code enforcement director, the necessary police personnel to carry out these orders.
