§ 40-643. Height regulations.

Unlimited, provided, however, that buildings erected or structurally altered exclusively for residential purposes shall comply with the height regulations of the R-3 Multiple-Family Residential District. Multiple-family dwellings, including Elderly Housing and Assisted Living Facilities with culinary facilities in each dwelling unit, shall not be permitted to exceed the height permitted by right in the R-3 district.
