§ 7-3. Accumulation of animal feces prohibited near residences.

  • (a)

    Any person permitting the accumulation within three hundred (300) feet of any building occupied as a residence in such quantities of putrescible animal, vegetable matter, animal feces or urine, productive of foul odors, flies and other insects, as to become obnoxious and detrimental to public health shall be deemed a public nuisance and a violation of this section.

    (b)

    The term "pets" shall include dogs, cats, rabbits, parrots and the like, but such enumeration shall not be deemed to be exclusive.
