§ 4.06. Advisory and Quasi-Judicial Boards.

The Parish Council shall create by ordinance a Planning Advisory Board and a Board of Zoning Adjustments, prescribing in each case the number, manner of appointment, length of term, and advisory or quasi-judicial duties of members of such boards, who may be paid a per diem allowance and may be reimbursed for necessary expenses incurred in official duties, as may be determined and approved by the Parish Council. The Parish Council may create by ordinance such other advisory boards as it deems necessary, prescribing in each case the number, manner of appointment, length of term, and duties of members of such boards.
