§ 13-62. Administration of district.

(a)

Support services. The parish is hereby authorized to provide accounting, payroll, and all other necessary support services to the parish communication district.

(b)

Officers; domicile. The parish finance director and the parish clerk are authorized to serve as treasurer and secretary, respectively, of this district and the parish clerk's office, New Courthouse Building, Gretna, Louisiana, is authorized to be the domicile of this district.

(c)

This district's general fund shall be known as Fund 22160—2850 within the parish financial system and this district (shall) adhere to all rules and regulations of that system.

(d)

Seal. The parish seal is authorized to be used as the parish communications district seal.

(e)

Official journal. The parish official journal is authorized to be used as the parish communications district official journal.
