§ 13-132. Plans and procedures.

Latest version.

All plans and procedures required in this article shall conform to and complement existing parish emergency plans. If the plant is subject to 40 CFR 68.95 Risk Management Planning, the plan shall conform to 40 CFR 68.95 or its successor as well as to existing parish emergency plans.
