§ 13-135. State or federal action(s).

All plants shall furnish a copy of any notice of violation or potential violation of any state or federal environmental law or regulation as well as written notice of final resolution of the matter regarding its plant to the Jefferson Parish Hazardous Material Risk Coordinator and the Department of the Environmental Affairs within ten (10) days of receipt by the plant of any such notification.
