§ 16-68. Violations.

(a)

Any person who violates any section of this article will be subject to the penalties of section 1-10.

(b)

In addition to the above penalties, the president of the parish is hereby authorized and empowered to bring action, in the name and on behalf of the parish against any person to enjoin any acts or practices which may violate the provisions of this article.
