§ 20-171. Violations.

(a)

Any minor violating the provisions of sections 20-167 shall be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court Law and Procedure as set out in CJP 1 et seq.

(b)

Any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor found guilty of violating section 20-168 shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 1-10.

(c)

Any person operating or in charge of any place of amusement, entertainment or refreshment in the unincorporated areas of the parish who shall be found guilty of violating section 20-169 shall, in addition to the penalty provided in section 1-10, be subject to revocation of license at the discretion of the court.
