§ 23-137. Finding of possible criminal violation.

  • Upon finding at a public hearing that there is probable cause to believe that any elected official or person has violated any criminal law of this state, the board shall forward a copy of its findings to the district attorney of the parish for appropriate action. Thereafter, notwithstanding any other provisions of this division, such district attorney shall have access to all records of the board relative to the charges.
