§ 23-138. Perjury; malfeasance in office.
(a)
Perjury. Any person who intentionally and knowingly files a false sworn complaint with either the board or a hearing officer, upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be guilty of the crime of perjury and subject to the penalty set forth by law.
(b)
Malfeasance by member of the board. Any member of the board who knowingly and intentionally initiates action by the board against any elected official or person knowing such action to be false, upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be guilty of the crime of malfeasance in office and subject to the penalty set forth by law.
