§ 29-169. Distance between driveways, driveways at street intersections, regulated; exceptions to requirements.

When two (2) or more driveways are to be constructed, such driveways shall be separated a minimum distance of ten (10) feet, measured along the property line. At a street intersection, no driveway shall encroach upon that sidewalk area formed by the corner radius and the extension of the two (2) property lines fronting on the intersecting streets. When an applicant for a driveway permit presents proof of hardship in connection with the above mentioned provisions of this section, the director is hereby empowered to grant exceptions to these provisions, in his discretion.
