§ 29-170. Details of construction to conform to plan; duty of director; exception to radius dimension.

The details of driveway construction shall conform with plan No. 1, dated June 28, 1962, and titled "Details of Standard (Residential or Commercial) and Heavy Duty Driveways for Both Vertical and Lip Curbs." The director shall designate whether the proposed driveway is to be standard or heavy duty, and also, when lip curbs exist, whether the proposed driveway is to be residential or commercial. Where prevailing conditions warrant an exception to the four-foot radius as shown on plan No. 1, the director is hereby empowered to grant that exception to such radius dimension.
