§ 32-68. Family Gras and Carnival Kickoff banners excepted.

Latest version.

Notwithstanding any provision of this article or of any other ordinance to the contrary, Jefferson Parish or any agency working on behalf of Jefferson Parish may sponsor and place banners advertising the annual Family Gras event or the annual Carnival Kickoff event, whether or not these banners meet all requirements under this article.
