§ 32-69. East Jefferson General Hospital banners excepted.

Notwithstanding any provision of this article or of any other ordinance to the contrary, East Jefferson General Hospital or any agency working on behalf of East Jefferson General Hospital may from time to time sponsor and place banners promoting the hospital on the light standards located in the median of Houma Boulevard between West Esplanade Avenue and the hospital, whether or not the construction, content, placement or sponsorship of these banners meet all requirements under this article.
