§ 32-70. Metairie Business Development District and Fat City banners excepted.

Notwithstanding any provision of this article or of any other ordinance to the contrary, Jefferson Parish, the Metairie Business Development District, or any agency working on behalf of Jefferson Parish or the Metairie Business Development District may sponsor and place banners within the Metairie Business Development District or Fat City advertising and promoting these areas respectively, whether or not these banners meet all requirements under this article.
