§ 36-93. Near intersections.

  • (a)

    No person shall park any vehicle or permit it to stand, whether attended or unattended, on any public street, highway or bridge within thirty (30) feet of any intersection.

    (b)

    No person shall park any vehicle or permit it to stand, whether attended or unattended, or place, create or allow the placement or creation of any obstruction between the sidewalk and roadway (including the shoulder or curb) for a distance of fifty (50) feet from any intersection with Airline Highway, Bonnabel Boulevard, Causeway Boulevard, Clearview Parkway, Cleary Avenue, David Drive, Jefferson Highway, Metairie Road, Power Boulevard, Transcontinental Boulevard, West Esplanade Avenue, West Metairie Avenue and West Napoleon Avenue.

    (c)

    Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be punished as set forth in section 1-10 of this Code.
