§ 4-4. Penalty for chapter violation.

Latest version.

The penalty for violation of any provision of the this chapter or article shall be a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for a term not to exceed six (6) months, or both, within the discretion of the court, in accordance with Section 1-10 of the Jefferson Parish Code of Ordinances.

Each day any violation of any provision of this Code shall continue constitutes a separate offense.
